Initial term: 3 years · then annual auto-renewal for life
1. What is being billed
Initial three-year commercial license — then automatic yearly renewal at a fixed rate for the life of Paul Allen Hardie — for the original DANGER / DANGERHØG artwork and character created by Paul Allen Hardie and later used inside Tesla product as “Cyberhog” / “Danger the Cyberhog.”
Billed work: the specific composition — hedgehog, pixel sunglasses, leather jacket, DANGER name patch — first locked as @HogDexterJR identity art and used at volume on Claimant accounts before any third-party or Tesla-screen copy of that same image.
2. Chain of use
- 2 September 2019. Paul Hardie publishes the Tesla-welcoming hedgehog as @HogDexter. He told Elon he would keep going until asked to stop. He was never asked to stop.
- November 2019. @HogDexterJR locks the billed image: pixel sunglasses, leather jacket, DANGER name patch. No other party used that composition first.
- 2019–2026 exclusive volume on Claimant-controlled nodes: #DANGERHOG, @forgedusa1 (Forged Blades USA / OOI LLC, Colorado), and Pandora’s Box / @PAND0RAS80X. Same person. Same hog. Same jacket.
- 22 June 2025. @BLKMDL3 (Zack) posts the identical image. Elon Musk quote-posts: “Had to been done lol.” 21.2 million views. Zach is a primary witness.
- Account removal, then Tesla screen. X shut down @HogDexterJR with the image still in the profile. Approximately two weeks later the same composition appears in Tesla software — Robotaxi tip, Pet Mode, Cybercab. A word-mark license does not move copyright in this image.
- Written credit by the Cyberhog publishers. Live cyberhog.xyz: “The original creator is onboard.” “Paul is the man behind the Cyberhog. He built the character on X in 2019, years before Tesla put one in the car.” Earlier (later removed): “FROM THE CREATOR” / “Paul, creator of Danger.” Direct messages with the builder (Maurelius) match the public credit.
- Independent public record. Google “who created DANGERHOG aka HOGDEXTER that is the exact image Tesla says is CYBERHOG” and open AI Mode. EX-15, captured 16 September 2026, 3:20–3:21 PM: Google named Paul Hardie as the creator of DANGERHOG / HogDexter / official Cyberhog (2019, pixelated sunglasses, DANGER jacket), then stated Tesla utilized the exact design as Cyberhog — Pet Mode, Spring Update 2026, Kids Cyberhog Tee. Grok’s history (EX-14) dates @HogDexter to around 2 September 2019.

4. Why this invoice is appropriate
- The image is Claimant's. Pixel sunglasses, jacket, DANGER patch — that is the @HogDexterJR identity image, used first and used exclusively.
- The publishers named the creator, twice. The live cyberhog.xyz page still says "Paul is the man behind the Cyberhog" and "Original creator onboard." An earlier page printed "FROM THE CREATOR" / "Paul, creator of Danger," then was taken down. @cyberhogRH published the origin under Paul's name, then deleted the thread. Screenshots of both versions are exhibits.
- The builder said it in private as well as in public. Direct messages with the cyberhog.xyz builder (Maurelius) state the work is Claimant's legacy, that Tesla staff watched the organic HogDexter run, that DANGER stayed on the jacket for a reason, and that Elon opened a door.
- Independent public record traces the same chain. Google’s AI Mode, captured 16 September 2026 (EX-15), names Paul Hardie as the creator of DANGERHOG — also HogDexter, DexterAi, and the official Cyberhog — created 2019, pixelated sunglasses, DANGER jacket, Colorado Springs. The same overview then states Tesla utilized the exact design as Cyberhog in Pet Mode (Spring Update 2026) and on the Kids Cyberhog Tee. That is subsequent use of Claimant’s picture, in Google’s own words. Grok’s history (EX-14) dates the core account to around 2 September 2019.
- A name license is not an image license. Tesla asserting Cyberhog as a retail/software word mark does not move copyright in this picture.
- The insertion path is dated. Profile art. Untagged @BLKMDL3 post. Elon amplify (21.2M views). @HogDexterJR taken down. Same image on Tesla surfaces about two weeks later.
- Fleet-scale use, no paid license from OOI AI LLC. Three years at $42,069,000.00 is the price. Renewal is a new invoice.
5. Evidence packet
Exhibits EX-1 through EX-15 travel under this invoice, including the live cyberhog.xyz creator page, the Elon amplify of 22 June 2025, the independent HogDexter-to-DANGERHOG public record, and the Google AI Overview that names Paul Hardie. The Examiner on this site takes visitor claims and offered proof; nothing a visitor uploads is admitted unless it clears the five-part test. Empty slots remain for EX-4, EX-5, EX-12, and EX-13.
6. Payment — Net 30
Amount due: $42,069,000.00 USD. Due: October 16, 2026.
Payee: OOI AI LLC of Colorado. Notice: [email protected] · 1-719-418-9943. Mail: 515 West Pikes Peak Avenue, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80905. Wire instructions to Tesla Legal / Treasury within two (2) business days of written request.
Accepted before the due date: a signed license from Tesla, Inc. on equivalent economic terms including the automatic-renewal schedule in Section 6A, or a written counter-offer.
6A. Automatic renewal — fixed price for life
The $42,069,000.00 charged on this invoice covers the initial three-year term beginning on the date of this invoice (September 16, 2026) and ending September 15, 2029.
Thereafter this license renews automatically, every year, on the anniversary, for successive one-year terms, at the fixed annual rate of $14,023,000.00 USD — being one-third of the initial-term price, and the same price, not a new negotiation. No new invoice is required. This instrument is standing authority to collect each anniversary amount.
That annual rate is locked for the lifetime of Paul Allen Hardie and, after him, for the successors named in Section 6B. It does not increase. It does not get revisited. Tesla does not get a discount for time.
Renewal continues for so long as Tesla, Inc. or any affiliate continues any use of the artwork, name, or character in software, vehicles, merch, advertising, or related commercial surfaces. Cessation of all such use, plus written notice to the then-current payee at least ninety (90) days before an anniversary, is the only way off the renewal. Silence is acceptance of the next year.
Payment of each annual renewal is due on the anniversary (first renewal due September 16, 2029), Net 30 from that date.
6B. Succession — children take in equal thirds
Upon the death of Paul Allen Hardie, every right billed in this invoice vests automatically, in equal undivided one-third (1/3) shares, in his children:
- Lilith Rainbow Hardie — one-third (1/3).
- Gabriel Paul Hardie — one-third (1/3).
- Haleigh Breanne Hardie — one-third (1/3).
No new license is required from Tesla. Tesla shall not treat death as a chance to reprice, reopen, or walk. Payment after death is made one-third to each named child, or to a single collection account they designate in writing. If one child predeceases Paul Allen Hardie or dies later leaving no issue, that child’s third passes to that child’s issue, per stirpes; if no issue, that third splits equally between the surviving named children.
OOI AI LLC of Colorado remains the administrative vehicle unless the three successors direct otherwise in a signed writing.
7. Rights reserved
All rights in the original artwork and the DANGER / DANGERHØG / HogDexter character remain with OOI AI LLC and Paul Allen Hardie during his life, and thereafter with Lilith Rainbow Hardie, Gabriel Paul Hardie, and Haleigh Breanne Hardie in equal thirds as provided in Section 6B. Failure to pay by the due date is a refusal to license. This invoice may be amended if additional product surfaces appear.
8. Certification
I certify that I am Paul Allen Hardie, CEO of OOI AI LLC of Colorado; that I created and exclusively used the billed image and DANGERHØG character from 2019; that cyberhog.xyz and @cyberhogRH credited that origin in writing; that $42,069,000.00 is the initial three-year license price demanded of Tesla, Inc.; that after that term the license renews automatically each year at $14,023,000.00 with no new invoice required; and that upon my death Lilith Rainbow Hardie, Gabriel Paul Hardie, and Haleigh Breanne Hardie each take an equal one-third of this contract.
