The digital artist and creator behind DANGERHOG (also known as HOGDEXTER, DexterAi, and the official Cyberhog) is Paul Hardie. He operates under his design banner, HogDexter Designs, based out of Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Hardie originally created the cyberpunk-themed hedgehog character back in 2019. The character features a retro, animated vibe complete with pixelated sunglasses and a signature “DANGER” jacket.
The character officially transitioned into the Tesla universe when the company utilized the exact design as “Cyberhog,” introducing it as a Pet Mode character in Tesla’s Spring Update 2026 and offering it as the featured artwork on the official Tesla Kids Cyberhog Tee.
