What Tesla can license
The name
“Cyberhog” as a word. Tees. Software labels. A mark filing. That is a name license. It is not this invoice.

Act III · The Examiner
Desk counsel for OOI AI LLC. If you walked in with “the design team floated that image,” you walked into a demand for evidence.
What Tesla can license
“Cyberhog” as a word. Tees. Software labels. A mark filing. That is a name license. It is not this invoice.
What Tesla cannot take
Pixel shades. DANGER jacket. One account — @HogDexterJR — posted that picture claiming to be this character. A name license does not buy that picture.

Examiner
I am the Examiner for this invoice. I do not take Tesla’s word. I do not take a Grok reply on X as a design-team archive. I take dated pictures.
The claim that “the Tesla design team floated that image” is in the room. It is denied. The billed composition — pixel shades, DANGER jacket — was identity art on one specific account, @HogDexterJR, continuing @HogDexter from 2 September 2019. He was the black sheep. He was the only one running that exact picture. Tesla may have a path to license a name. Tesla does not, on this record, have a path to claim the image.
Pick a Tesla talking point, type your own, or upload the capture you say predates him. Anything you upload is offered proof, not an exhibit of record, until it clears the test.

Tesla talking points
If you have a capture of this composition — pixel shades, DANGER jacket — from a Tesla-controlled source before 2 September 2019, file it. Date and source are required. Uploads are offered, not admitted.
To displace 2019 prior use you file all five. Missing one, the claim that Tesla designed this fails on this desk.
01
Pixel sunglasses. Leather jacket. DANGER on the patch. A generic hedgehog, a “haha yes” order-confirmation hog, or a later Tesla-screen capture is a different work.
02
A platform timestamp, archive.org capture, or original post URL. A caption you typed today is not a timestamp.
03
That is when @HogDexter took the empty chair. Anything after that is subsequent. Subsequent use does not create a Tesla original.
04
@HogDexter, @HogDexterJR, #DANGERHOG, @forgedusa1, @PAND0RAS80X, and the rest of the Claimant nodes are the plaintiff’s own prior use. Posting his picture back at him is not Tesla authorship.
05
The billed image is identity art — one specific account presenting as HogDexter aka DANGERHOG. A name license on “Cyberhog” does not buy that picture.
